These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Coffee is for Trackers ("the App"). By signing in and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
This App is a private tool intended for use by authorized mortgage professionals only. Access is provided on an individual basis. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking sales activity, leads, contacts, and deals in your professional mortgage business. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process that data for the sole purpose of providing the App's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including any personally identifiable information about leads, clients, or contacts.
The App integrates with Google Calendar and Google Contacts using permissions you grant at sign-in. Your use of these Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of income.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
